We now use the Interparcel shipping calculator for all sandboard and sand sled deliveries. This provides you, the customer, with accurate freight costs to your destination with email notifications directly from Interparcel once your parcel has been booked, in transit and out for delivery. This also includes your tracking number, so please get in contact if your order has been marked as complete but no email confirmation has been received. It also pays to check your spam folder before reaching out.
How much does shipping cost?
Delivery costs are based on the weight/volume of an item (including packaging) and your post code and/or country. Our site automatically calculates the product weight (actual and/or dimensional weight) and offers shipping options for you to choose from during the ordering process.
Where do you deliver to?
We ship within Australia and to most parts of the world using Australia Post and Interparcel* Australian customers have the option of FedEx, Parcel Post or Express Post – Both services include tracking and in most cases Signature On Delivery on all board packages. Overseas customers have the option of International Standard (with tracking) or International Express (tracking + signature on delivery) Please note: Contents insurance can be purchased additionally by contacting us prior to ordering.
How long does delivery take within Australia?
Delivery time varies depending on your location and your chosen delivery method. Estimated delivery of parcels within Australia by Express Post is 1-3 business days to major centres (allow 3-5 days for remote areas) Parcel Post ranges from 2-6 business days to major centres and 5-9 business days for regional and country areas.
How long does shipping take to another country?
International Standard – Reliable delivery 6+ working days between major metro areas (subject to country specific zones) Tracking included.
International Express – Reliable delivery 2 to 4 business days between major metro areas (subject to country specific zones) Tracking included and signature on delivery.
*Please Note – package contents are declared at full purchase value for insurance and customs purposes. Customers are responsible for paying any customs fees, import duties and/or tax into their own country.
Where is my order?
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. Depending on your item(s) your package can be found at Australia Post Online Tracking or at Interparcel Online Tracking to locate your parcel. Please allow 24-48 hours from date of shipment for tracking information to register on either of these websites.
